He has vast experience in global trade, international relations, and the construction industry. He has worked with top domestic and international architects, developers, engineers, and contractors throughout his career. Magugu Davis is a South African born and one of the founders of Thanda International, LLC. She has over 15 years of working experience in Multinational Corporations in the field of Marketing, Public Relations and Public Affairs. She has worked for a Titanium Mining, Ferrochrome Steel Manufacturing Company, Information Technology and the Chamber of Commerce as the Chief Executive Officer.
Magugu has a degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal (UDW), Change Management and Strategic Leadership qualification from Cornell University and an Advanced Management Certificate from Wits Business School. Her professional involvements include Board Membership at the Black Management Forum (BMF), Business Against Crime, National Business Initiative and she was a member of the Institute of Directors-(IODSA).

Having formed and founded thriving businesses, not-for-profits, festivals, and collaborations in varying demographics. He is primarily focused on creating lasting relationships that will benefit generations of people in his community.
