Joseph L. Davis, Sr. desires to empower people through building solid businesses that fuel the economy. That passion to empower has been the driving force behind a lengthy and successful public service, law enforcement, disaster management, and construction career. He has worked on various multi-million dollar projects and has created international relationships through creative thinking of long term economic growth strategies.

He has vast experience in global trade, international relations, and the construction industry. He has worked with top domestic and international architects, developers, engineers, and contractors throughout his career. But his most important passion is building the next generation of global leaders.

Magugu Davis

Magugu Davis is a South African born and one of the founders of Thanda International, LLC. She has over 15 years of working experience in Multinational Corporations in the field of Marketing, Public Relations and Public Affairs. She has worked for a Titanium Mining, Ferrochrome Steel Manufacturing Company, Information Technology and the Chamber of Commerce as the Chief Executive Officer.

Magugu has a degree from the University of KwaZulu Natal (UDW), Change Management and Strategic Leadership qualification from Cornell University and an Advanced Management Certificate from Wits Business School. Her professional involvements include Board Membership at the Black Management Forum (BMF), Business Against Crime, National Business Initiative and she was a member of the Institute of Directors-(IODSA).

Branden Johnson, the legacy of numerous notable Americans of African descent continues to exemplify what it means to be connected. He has held leadership roles in the church, the civil rights movement, and non-governmental systems across the United States.

Having formed and founded thriving businesses, not-for-profits, festivals, and collaborations in varying demographics. He is primarily focused on creating lasting relationships that will benefit generations of people in his community.

As an exceptionally gifted teacher, outspoken activist, and art enthusiast he is a magnet for many cultures because he desires to; ‘do well and share the excess.’
